Over the years, our “behind the scenes” candidate pool grew and developed. As a result, we were able to acquire thousands of qualified candidates (currently 8,000).

We are both a database of candidates and a full service executive and management search firm. We deliver fast and efficient service to our corporate partners and provide qualified candidate selections for leadership and management opportunities.

With offices in Minnesota (Headquarters) and Illinois, Arthur Group Executive Search conducts between 50 and 120 new management and executive searches every month. Our search rates ($1,995.00 for database searches and 10% contingent, 1st year salary) are the lowest in the industry.
