The business objective is to improve provider and consumer experiences through increased consistency and improved product innovation. This job will focus on the consumer experience, most specifically, clinical or care management experiences.
Responsibilities: - Drive significant improvement and consistency of the consumer health experience - Document and assess the current state of the consumer experiences across all business segments with a focus on clinical experiences - Work with business segments to develop a common framework or architecture for describing clinical activities and consumer touch points in terms of shared technology and operational building blocks - Work with business segments to define current and planned consumer facing projects in terms of the common framework or architecture - Help identify and address problems which prevent improvement of the consumer experience
Requirements: - BA/BS - 7+ years prior strategic planning experience - Prior management experience - Consumer Experience
