The qualified individual for this position will develop, initiate and execute the retail sales and marketing efforts relative to assigned National accounts.
Responsibilities: - Lead national account sales efforts on private label and branded product sales that go through retail channels - Develop account-specific strategies that will distinguish and separate our team as the industry category leaders and preferred supplier - Responsible for all communications to personnel and to the customer on new product authorizations, selections promotional activity, ad support, and space changes - Develop and execution of warehouse distribution strategies
Requirements: - BA/BS - 5+ years sales-related experience - Previous experience in managing national retail accounts and also national and regional broker networks - Thorough understanding of warehouse distribution practices with an in-depth knowledge of the food retail industry
