A minimum of ten (10) years of related job experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leading a team of 12+ Finance professionals
Motivating, coaching and developing a high performance team
Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of transactions
Planning, managing and meeting goals
Identifying and achieving process improvement initiatives
Ensuring compliance with the Company’s guidelines and other regulations, including Sarbanes-Oxley
Complying with our credit facility
Enhancing our Treasury operations and reporting
Providing systems/technical and process expertise for internal customers.
The overall goal is to provide enhanced working solutions.
