As the project team lead you will interact with customers, suppliers, and coworkers in a productive and professional manner, perform other duties as assigned, and follow safety requirements as defined in Safety Manual.

Responsibilities are but not limited to:
-Manage new projects from concept through development of proven manufacturing processes
-Maintain and communicate project statuses, progress toward key milestones and critical path deliverables
-Manage project budgets to ensure profitable return on investment
-Facilitate and ensure on-time delivery of first article parts
-Keep abreast of new developments
-Work directly with customers to explain or resolve technical related questions or issues

Qualifications:
-Minimum two-year technical degree plus 5 years in Engineering capacity
-Knowledge of general manufacturing practices
-Demonstrated leadership experience
