Semiconductor Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities are but not limited to:
-Generate qualification and reliability testing plans
-Manage customer expectations of product and technology reliability through regular testing and data reporting
-Perform customer requested analysis about product reliability and application uses
-Communicate technical information appropriately and professionally at all levels
-Contributing to complex and timely technical solutions and projects

Qualifications:
-Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Solid State Physics
-10 years minimum experience in Advanced Semiconductor integrated circuit component reliability or related device engineering function
-Must be a U.S. citizen
-Excellent report writing skills
-Hands on proficiency and experience with IC electrical test, IC device circuit operation, advanced IC fault location and deprocessing techniques
