Responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process for positions including information technology, corporate functions (HR, legal, compliance, etc.) and operations within a large financial services organization
Responsibilities:
Defining position requirements Supporting workforce planning initiatives Developing high-impact recruitment strategies Sourcing and identifying best-qualified candidates Developing candidate pipelines Sourcing diverse candidates & leveraging diverse candidate pipelines Coaching managers on affirmative action & diversity hiring strategies Influencing managers on final candidate selection Establishing relationships with various agencies and third party vendors
Required Qualifications: BA or BS degree plus two years of work experience in a human resources recruiting capacity (preferably in a corporate environment) Excellent verbal and written communications Ability to work with a variety of personalities and build solid working relationships Strong organizational skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Working knowledge of employment law Previous experience in diversity recruiting initiatives and strategies
Preferred Qualifications: PHR/SPHR certification AIRS certification Financial services industry experience
