Company seeks to hire an experienced professional with commercial banking or equivalent transaction/securities structuring experience to join our Strategy and Business Development team.

Responsibilities:
- Work with the Principals, Portfolio Managers, and the experts in tax, legal, leverage, accounting, operations, and other functional areas as required to develop structuring solutions for issues related to new business opportunities, fund launches, transaction structuring and legal entity formations around the world.
- Manage the day-to-day requirements to drive concepts and structures to conclusion, ensure new business opportunities are full analyzed, assessed and implemented carefully, and that deadlines are met.
- Organize and run the implementation teams, project plans, and related documentation.
- Participate in other Business Development and Asset Management projects as required.

Requirements:
- BA/BS
- 7+ years commercial banking, credit, structuring or equivalent experience including: Transaction, securities structuring, Financing, collateral management, Marketing
Preferred:
MBA.
