OPTION 1: Post your jobs on the busiest local website for leadership candidates; $495.00 until you fill your job (this option includes a free CareerBuilder posting)
Already using online advertising but with limited results? Arthur Group Search attracts thousands of local candidates every month. We'll even cover the cost of advertising your job on 3rd party websites. We will maintain your confidentiality until you are ready to interview the candidates.
OPTION 2: Web Posting and Database search; $1,995.00
In addition to advertising your job on our website and the larger job boards, if you're too busy to sort through all the résumés, we'll do the sorting for you. We'll go into our database and conduct an addition search as well. Every week more than 1,000 candidates submit their résumés to us. They come to us because we provide them a way to confidentially become available for opportunities. They are not active job hunters. We have already sorted them for you and found the best. Unlike the traditional job boards we’ll send you only the candidates that fit your needs. Saving you time.
OPTION 3: In addition to all the above, we provide a full service search at 10% total rate (4% Search fee, 6% Placement fee)
We will not only sort through the résumés for you but we’ll conduct all the pre-screening interviews as well. We will select the best and set the interview with you. You simply give us times in your schedule and we’ll do the rest. We’ll even assist in the negotiations to help you secure your new employee. It’s full service.
OPTION 4: Contingent Search; 20% placement fee (paid upon placement)
If you don't use job board postings, databases, or retained searches, we have your answer here. It is the same high level service as Option 3 but without the search fee.
