Making Money Moves is a salary negotiation workshop designed to help you negotiate for a new job, raise, or promotion. In this workshop, you will gain confidence in your negotiation style through facilitated discussion, role-playing and learn:

1. How to identify and articulate your personal value

2. How to develop an arsenal of persuasive responses and other negotiation strategies, including how to get a raise or promotion

3. How to conduct objective market research to benchmark a target salary and benefits

About Hennither Gant
Hennither Gant is the Chief HR Officer and Founder of Career Image Solutions. She has a wealth of knowledge in the HR field from her exposure to the federal government, fortune 500, private sector, and non-profit arenas. She has extensive experience and educates career professionals, business owners, and the community about all things HR to include employment compliance and career development related matters. Hennither Gant is currently a Board Member of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR). She currently holds a Masters degree from Towson University and a Bachelors degree in Management Science from Coppin State University.
