MEET THE TEAM
Hennither Gant is an expert in the Human Resources industry with experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and employment law in the non-profit, private, Fortune 500 and government sectors. Hennither's exposure to the “hiring and firing” world has provided inside secrets on employing the right people and the sustainment of a business. These set of skills turned into an undeniable passion for helping individuals attain the career of their dreams and assisting businesses with all things HR. Hennither is the founder of Career Image Solutions where the mission is to equip career professionals and businesses with HR solutions for their next level! To further assist small business owners, Hennither received her undergraduate degree at Coppin State University, her graduate degree from Towson University, and a certification as a Small Business and Group Benefits Specialist through Legal Shield providing legal and identity theft services.
Hennither has a gift for encouraging others and demonstrates this through her niche for public speaking. Her experience includes serving as a panelist, radio co-host, mistress of ceremony, workshop presenter, conference speaker, and delivered countless sermons as a lay speaker. Furthermore, Hennither is an author of books that empower women into their freedom.
When Hennither is not speaking or serving in HR, she can be found spending time with her husband and five children. Hennither also loves to sing, dance and listen to West African music.
Reginald Gant is a child of God and man of many dreams who is out to serve the masses. Reginald is now married to his beautiful wife – Hennither and together they have three amazing children, Diamond, Enoch, and Eli. They are Reginald’s reasons as to why he needs to keep serving.
Reginald holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Baltimore and is very active in his community serving on the Board of Directors for local non-profits aimed at serving inner-city underprivileged youth in the past. Because of his dedication and work ethic, Mr. Gant was personally selected, by his alma mater the University of Baltimore, to serve on their Career Advisory Board.
As a business owner and Consultant who gives back, he is very active in working directly with non-profits, churches and other organizations concerning personal, career and professional development through Career Image Solutions. Reginald and his wife also work tirelessly to educate and empower individuals, families, businesses, and employees on the importance of having legal and identity theft protection.
Reginald is a Baltimore Ravens fan, lover of beaches and sand and is always trying to make everyone around him laugh and smile because he feels that laughter is the key to long life.
Leda Favor, PHR, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, has over 30 years experience in Human Resources as a generalist with expertise in the areas of training, labor relations, recruitment, employee counseling, career planning, organizational development and international Human Resources. Her managerial experience expands to both union and non-unionized settings. She possesses a Bachelors degree in Psychology/Economics from Goucher College, and a Masters degree in Labor/Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois.
She achieved progressive positions of excellence gained from a wide range of Fortune 50 companies such as Raytheon, Mobil Oil, Allied Signal, General Cable Company, and Siemens Corporation. Over the past 10 years, she has provided HR leadership to national and global-based accountabilities in countries such as Germany, focusing on competency assessment, career development and delegation assignments.
Leda and her husband, Prof Kevin Ph.D., spend their vacation time travelling to locations in China, Spain, Mexico, and the Caribbean. They are the parents of one son, Trevor, graduate of Purdue University with a Masters in Mechanical Engineering. Her other hobbies and pursuits include exercising, dancing, reading and music.
She has maintained her strong religious affiliation with the African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Church through her life, and is currently serving a leadership role as chairperson of the local Social Action committee. Other affiliations include the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), Society of Occupational Heath Psychology, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Leda is most proud of her professional certifications from the Society of Human Resource Management’s Certification Institute. She possesses both PHR (Professional in Human Resources), GPHR (Global Human Resources Professional) as well as SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional). She has successfully maintained consistent certifications over 31 years. Other awards include Manchester Who’s Who Registry and International Who’s Who of Professionals.
Brandi Richmond, SHRM-CP HR Consultant
Brandi is from Detroit, Michigan. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy, certification from the Society of Human Resource Management and certifications in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the Workplace and Inclusive & Ethical Leadership from the University of South Florida MUMA College of Business.
She is an enthusiastic HR professional with a passion for making HR understandable and accessible to everyone. She has over 25 years of experience with a strong background in Union relations. Her experience was gained in the private, educational and public sectors.
Brandi’s areas of expertise are recruitment, employee relations, coaching, training, and policy creation. She also volunteers with non-profit organizations to ensure their processes are compliant with local, state, and federal laws. Brandi is a servant leader that works well with all levels of the organization.
Ciera Parks SHRM-CP HR Consultant
Ciera has over 13 years of Human Resources experience, having worked in higher education, manufacturing, non-profit, pharmaceutical, e-commerce, cannabis, and technology industries. She is an energetic human resources leader, with a background in talent development, team leadership, HR strategic planning, employee relations, employee development/coaching, program training, and content design, employee engagement, workplace investigations, and conflict management. She has a strong track record of building trust and engaging in meaningful interactions with leadership teams by consulting on sustainable outcomes. She is a private HR consultant, specializing in talent and organizational development, by providing direction to businesses looking for HR solutions and training. Her passion is helping businesses reach operational efficiency by maximizing their people and technical approaches. Her expertise in building organizations and developing people delivers measurable results. Ciera really does help organizations discover how great they can be, by developing the talent they have.
Carlee Thomas was born in Baltimore, MD, and has worked and served in its communities for most of her adult life. Armed with a passion to help people and a love of business in general, she found her calling within the Human Resources field. She proved to be successful at training and developing current and new employees in her most recent position.
As she works to obtain her degree in Business Leadership with a specialization in HR; she also allocates time to help students all over the world to learn English as a second language. Most of her students are business professionals and many of them have entered into the global job market with the skills she has taught them. Carlee aspires to one day become a Director of Human Resources and continue to fulfill her mission of helping people and businesses reach their goals.
Dawn Offei Training Consultant
Dawn Offei has 25 years of successful Business/Operations/Training Experience. She is also an International Trainer, a Certified John Maxwell Leadership Speaker, Trainer and Coach, and a Premium Member of the Black Speakers Network!
She has recently published her two books, “The P. U. R. S. U. E. Principle” book and workbook; and “From Behind the Keys to in Front of 1000’s: My leadership journey.” The third is on the way, stay tuned!
Dawn passionately motivates others to reach their own potential and specializes in organizations with Leaders and Frontline employees, from small businesses to fortune 500 companies.
Her strong belief is that a healthy Leader/Employee Relationship creates a healthy Employee/Customer Relationship!

Zainabu Kamara, Business Manager
In all things, Zainabu give thanks and glory to God. “Without Him, I don’t know where I’ll be today”, says Zainabu. At a very early age, she realized her aspirations of becoming a businesswoman and a best known and selling author. Upon graduating from college, she experienced major financial setbacks. Through her experiences, she developed a passion to become self-taught on financial empowerment and personal development through a Biblical outlook. Because of that self-education, she has gained a greater passion in helping those in similar situations, those who with the burning desire to get their finances and life back on track. As a result, she founded Kingdom Principles Financial. Her first book, A Recipe to Extraordinary Success A Guide for Achievers was released March 2015. Along with being a businesswoman and an author, she is also an aspiring motivational speaker and passionately encourages, empowers and motivates others towards a life of prayer and gaining a closer walk with God. She believes by involving God in all of one’s endeavors, nothing will be impossible! Zainabu proudly proclaims herself as a woman of God who is passionate for the hearts of others turning towards a true relationship with God. She says, “God has given each and every one of us a calling, but it is up to us to take charge, empower and prosper as God so leads us.” As the Business Manager at CIS, she's looking forward to growing and expanding the CIS brand worldwide. She is also the founder of Garden of Eden a company that focuses on healthy eating lifestyle and is currently producing a healthy nut snack and several flavored iced tea.
Nyala Benloss has been in the HR profession for 15 years serving in the customer service, retail and corporate space. Simply put, people are her passion! She thrives on helping others and truly believes that investing in another person to help them reach their full potential is her purpose. She values and respects the perspective of others and enjoys getting to know people. She has a background in talent acquisition, employee relations, developing training programs, team building, onboarding, performance management, LOA's, DEI initiatives and employee engagement.
She graduated college with a Business degree and stumbled into an HR role shortly after. It was then she realized HR is the profession for her and she never looked back! Her intention is to cultivate a safe, enjoyable, productive, equitable and productive working environment for all.
Outside of being HR, she enjoys dancing, music, movies, and anything that gets me to laugh!
Sapreina is an MBA candidate at Morgan State University with a concentration in Human Resources. She has a background as a Claims Specialist with a federal government agency and is a certified diversity trainer and served as a union steward. Born and raised in Baltimore she is an avid fan of the Orioles and Ravens. She enjoys spending time with her loved ones and traveling as much as possible.
Kizzy Parker Recruitment Consultant
Kizzy Parker was born and raised in Miami, Fl. She was the first person named Kizzy when roots was originally aired in 1977. She graduated from University Central Florida in Hospitality Management, then received a Master from Devry in Human Resource Management. Kizzy also moved to Atlanta and started her own event planning company in 2014. In her down time, she loves crafting, spending time with family, God, her dog Dallas, and the Dallas Cowboys.
Winifred LaFrance Chambers HR Comms Consultant
Winifred is a creative writer and HR professional. She earned a masters degree in human resources management from Walden University where she graduated summa cum laude. Winifred also does voiceover, self-published two books, and loves the great outdoors. She was born and raised in the DMV, loves music, and film. Winifred is a first generation American of Haitian descent.
